Join Felipe Engineer-Manriquez as he describes how Lean Construction Principles can become a powerful habit by utilizing the Scrum framework.  After presenting the power of habit, Felipe explains how using a combination of Lean Construction Principles and the Scrum framework can increase your work capacity and give you more time to focus on the tasks that matter.  In the language of Scrum, this course will introduce you to the “art of doing twice the work in half the time”.
