Description:

You don’t need to spend much time in the construction industry to recognize that the project Owner is a critical industry stakeholder. But why? And for that matter, what is an Owner? In this course, we’ll build an understanding of Owners and what makes them tick. We’ll gain empathy for this challenging role and an appreciation for how important Owners are to the success of other project team members, to the construction industry at large, and even to the broader economy.

Learning Objectives:
  1. Define the construction project Owner.
  2. Recognize the types of firms and organizations that fill the Owner role for a construction project.
