Description:
Indoor air quality and circulation in extremely cold climates is tricky business. In this course you will learn the basics of cold-climate ventilation, understand the dangers associated with air pollutants, and become familiar with the functions and benefits of modern HRV systems.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand the importance of healthy indoor air quality, the pollutants inside your home, and the need for mechanical ventilation in an airtight home.
- Learn about the toxins that most threaten indoor air quality.
- Become familiar with the function and benefits of HRV systems.
- Understand how a European "smart" HRV system can better maintain comfort and indoor air quality.
