This course explores three aspects of construction project management: removing risks at the planning stage, how to best schedule for success, and how to stay on track with project controls.

Learning Objectives:
  • Identify the areas of your project that are particularly at risk during the planning stage.
  • Differentiate between the various categories of risk and define "estimating legacies" and unusual exposures.
  • Apply methods for successfully communicating and analyzing the schedule across departments.
  • Learn about common challenges that impact budget, quality, and safety, including the best practices for addressing "scope creep”.
