Description:

The construction process is long, tedious, and begins far before we ever break ground on the job site. In this course, the second course in Procore’s Construction 101 Series, we will outline the three basic phases of a construction project from planning to closeout and explore the processes and common practices that exist in each project phase.

Learning Objectives:
  1. Identify each major phase of a construction project.
  2. Understand the difference between common project delivery and procurement types.
  3. Gain a deeper understanding of the day-to-day operations of a job site.
  4. Learn the critical roles that both design and documentation play throughout the construction process.
