Join Valerie Jackson, Senior Director of Global Inclusion and Diversity at Procore Technologies, Inc., in Part 3 of this three part course series on Building Inclusion.  The focus of this course is to examine the benefits and challenges of developing an inclusive culture at the company level. By presenting the business case for inclusion, the best practices for hiring and leveraging talent, and a methodology for identifying how far along your company is on its inclusion journey, this course will prepare you to start building inclusion throughout your entire company.

Learning Objectives:
  • Understand the business case for inclusion and the potential for achieving better business outcomes by leveraging inclusion and diversity in your company.
  • Identify the best ways to incorporate inclusion into every stage of your hiring practices, including job descriptions, reviewing resumes, and workplace policies.
  • Identify your company’s position on the inclusion journey using the Deloitte diversity and inclusion maturity model.
  • Describe the benefits of performing a cultural reset and explain how to prepare for and perform a cultural reset at your company.
