The Great Recession of 2008 accelerated a wave of baby boomer retirements that left many construction and design firms dreading the impending consequences of knowledge management and brain drain.  In this webinar, we engage a panel of professional construction industry experts who have proactively sought out and engaged a technology-assisted approach to not only cope with inter-generational challenges, but also to assemble and share knowledge assets that build their respective organization's overall corporate IQs and retain talent to grow a sustainable future.
